1. PURPOSE AND COMPETITION STATUS
The PrecisionSim Shooting League ("League") is an independent individual shooting competition operated by PrecisionSim ("PrecisionSim").
The League is designed to provide participants with a competitive, skill-based simulated shooting experience using PrecisionSim's simulation equipment and software.
The PrecisionSim Shooting League is an independent competition and is not affiliated with, sanctioned by, or operated by IPSC. The League utilizes IPSC-based scoring methodology.
Participation in the League constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules, PrecisionSim's facility rules, applicable safety requirements, and any required PrecisionSim waiver or release.

2. ELIGIBILITY
There is no minimum or maximum age requirement for participation in the League.
A PrecisionSim membership is not required to participate.
Participants do not need to be members of any organization or association.
There is no maximum number of League participants.
The League is currently an individual competition. Teams or additional competitive divisions may be introduced in the future.
PrecisionSim reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a participant when necessary to maintain safety, security, fairness, or proper operation of the League.

3. LEAGUE ENTRY FEE
The League entry fee is:
$30 per shooter, per monthly season.
The entry fee provides the participant with the opportunity to complete the four scored League courses during that month's season, subject to these rules.
The League entry fee:
Is non-refundable once purchased.
Does not include standard PrecisionSim sessions outside the League.
Does not include additional practice sessions.
Does not include membership benefits unless separately purchased or awarded as a League prize.

4. MONTHLY SEASON STRUCTURE
Each monthly League season consists of four scored competition courses.
The four courses for the upcoming monthly season will be selected by PrecisionSim staff and announced at least one week before the first Sunday of the month.
The monthly season begins on the first Sunday of the month and ends at 8:00 PM on the final Saturday of the month.
Each participant will complete all four courses during their Monthly League Session Reservation.
Each course provides the participant with a maximum of three scored attempts.
A participant may therefore complete a maximum of 12 scored attempts per monthly season:
Course 1 — Up to 3 attempts
Course 2 — Up to 3 attempts
Course 3 — Up to 3 attempts
Course 4 — Up to 3 attempts
The participant's best score on each of the four courses becomes that course's official score.
The four official course scores are then averaged to determine the participant's monthly final score.

5. MONTHLY COURSE SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT
Four courses will be selected for each monthly League season by a PrecisionSim staff member.
All four courses will be announced at least one week before the first Sunday of the month.
The advance announcement is intended to allow participants the opportunity to book separate practice sessions before completing their scored League session.
PrecisionSim reserves the right to change, replace, or modify an announced course when necessary because of:
Technical issues
Equipment availability
Software issues
Safety concerns
Facility operations
Course availability
Other circumstances determined by PrecisionSim
If a course is changed, PrecisionSim will communicate the change to participants when reasonably practicable.

6. PRACTICE
Participants may book and pay for separate standard PrecisionSim sessions to practice any of the four announced League courses before completing their Monthly League Session Reservation.
Practice sessions are not included in the $30 monthly League entry fee.
Unless otherwise announced by PrecisionSim, participants will not receive a practice or test run as part of their Monthly League Session Reservation.
Practice scores have no effect on League standings.

7. MONTHLY LEAGUE SESSION RESERVATION
Each participant is entitled to schedule one Monthly League Session Reservation per monthly season.
The Monthly League Session Reservation is the participant's scheduled visit during which they may complete their four monthly League courses and their available scored attempts.
During the Monthly League Session Reservation, the participant may complete up to three scored attempts on each of the four courses.
A PrecisionSim staff member must be present and witness all scored attempts.
Participants are responsible for arriving on time for their Monthly League Session Reservation and completing their available courses before the monthly League deadline.
Participants may choose to complete fewer than the maximum number of attempts available.
Participants who do not complete a course during the monthly season will receive a 0-point score for that course, subject to the late-entry provisions contained in these rules.

8. LATE ENTRY
Participants may join the League at any time during a monthly season.
A participant who joins after the monthly season has begun may complete courses that were missed before registration.
However, each course missed before joining the League provides only one scored attempt, rather than the normal three attempts available for courses completed as part of the participant's regular Monthly League Session Reservation.
For example, if a participant joins after two of the four monthly courses have already been completed, the participant may make up those two missed courses, but will receive only one scored attempt for each missed course.
A late-entry participant receives the normal three attempts for courses completed after joining the League.
All late-entry makeup courses must be completed before the monthly season closes at 8:00 PM on the final Saturday of the month.

9. SIMULATED FIREARMS
Participants may use any PrecisionSim-provided Sim Pistol designated as available for League competition.
Participants may:
Use different Sim Pistols from month to month.
Use different Sim Pistols for different courses.
Use a different Sim Pistol for each of their three attempts on the same course.
Only PrecisionSim-approved equipment may be used.

10. ACCESSORIES AND EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS
No additional firearm accessories or modifications are permitted during League competition.
Prohibited accessories include, but are not limited to:
Optics
Additional grips
External attachments
Simulated suppressors
Aftermarket accessories
Any other equipment intended to provide a competitive advantage beyond the standard configuration of the PrecisionSim Sim Pistol
PrecisionSim staff have final authority regarding whether a particular item constitutes an unauthorized accessory or modification.

11. STARTING POSITION
Unless a particular course specifically requires otherwise, every scored attempt will begin with the shooter in a low-ready position.
The participant must follow all course-specific instructions provided by PrecisionSim staff or incorporated into the League course.

12. RELOADING
Reloading is not required as a general League rule.
If a particular course incorporates a reload requirement or simulated ammunition-management component, PrecisionSim will identify that requirement as part of the course rules.

13. SCORED ATTEMPTS
Each participant receives a maximum of three scored attempts on each monthly competition course.
The participant may choose to complete:
One attempt
Two attempts
Three attempts
A participant is not required to use all three attempts.
Once a scored attempt has begun, the attempt cannot be voluntarily restarted.
A participant's mistakes, missed shots, poor performance, or dissatisfaction with their score do not constitute grounds for a restart.
The participant's highest score from the three available attempts becomes the official score for that course.

14. TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS
If a technical or software malfunction occurs during a scored attempt, the participant must immediately notify PrecisionSim staff.
A PrecisionSim staff member will determine whether a qualifying technical malfunction occurred.
If PrecisionSim verifies that a technical malfunction materially affected the scored attempt:
The affected attempt will be declared void.
The void attempt will not count against the participant's available attempts.
The participant will receive a replacement scored attempt.
A participant's mistake, failure to understand the course, accidental input, missed shot, or dissatisfaction with the result is not considered a technical malfunction.
PrecisionSim staff have final authority to determine whether a technical malfunction occurred.

15. SHOOTING LINE REQUIREMENT
A designated shooting line will be established for each scored course.
From the beginning of the scored attempt until the attempt is completed:
The shooter's feet and shoulders must remain behind the designated shooting line.
If either the shooter's feet or shoulders cross the designated shooting line during a scored attempt, the participant will receive:
0 points for that attempt.
The shooting-line penalty applies regardless of whether crossing the line was intentional or accidental.
PrecisionSim staff have final authority to determine whether the shooting-line requirement was violated.
A shooting-line violation does not automatically provide the participant with a replacement attempt.

16. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
All participants must follow standard firearm safety principles throughout participation in the League, even though PrecisionSim utilizes simulated firearms and does not permit live firearms or live ammunition during normal League activities.
Participants must:
Treat every simulated firearm as if it were a real firearm.
Maintain appropriate muzzle awareness.
Keep the trigger finger outside the trigger guard until appropriate to fire.
Follow all staff instructions immediately.
Handle PrecisionSim equipment responsibly.
Maintain control of the simulated firearm.
Refrain from intentionally pointing the simulated firearm at another person.
Refrain from horseplay or unsafe behavior.
Follow all posted PrecisionSim safety rules.
Immediately notify staff of equipment problems or unsafe conditions.
A safety violation during a scored attempt will result in a:
0-point score for that attempt.
A safety violation does not automatically entitle the participant to a replacement attempt.
Serious, intentional, or repeated unsafe behavior may result in:
Removal from the facility
Disqualification from the League
Loss of League privileges
Restriction from future PrecisionSim competitions
A safety-related disqualification may also result in forfeiture of the participant's League entry fee.

17. SPECTATORS
Other participants and non-participants may observe a shooter's scored attempts only at the discretion of the shooter.
A participant may request that other individuals not observe their scored attempts.
PrecisionSim staff may restrict or control spectators when necessary for:
Safety
Privacy
Facility operations
Equipment protection
Competition integrity
Other legitimate operational reasons

18. IPSC-BASED SCORING METHODOLOGY
The PrecisionSim Shooting League utilizes an IPSC-based scoring methodology.
IPSC-style scoring generally evaluates shooting performance by considering the relationship between:
Points earned from successful target hits
Applicable penalties
The time required to complete the course
A fundamental IPSC scoring concept is commonly expressed as:
Hit Factor = (Points − Penalties) ÷ Time
Higher performance is generally achieved through a combination of accurate shooting and efficient completion of the course.
The scoring system may account for factors such as:
Target-hit values
Misses
Penalty hits
Completion time
Other course-specific scoring factors
The PrecisionSim system is responsible for detecting and calculating the applicable scoring elements for the League course.
Participants are not responsible for independently calculating their scores.
The score displayed or recorded by the PrecisionSim system is the official score for the attempt.
The PrecisionSim system's calculated score is considered final.
PrecisionSim may review system data when necessary to investigate a verified technical malfunction or administrative scoring issue. Such a review does not create a general right for participants to challenge or manually recalculate scores.
The PrecisionSim Shooting League is an independent competition and is not affiliated with, sanctioned by, or operated by IPSC. The league utilizes IPSC-based scoring methodology.

19. COURSE SCORES
Each of the four monthly courses produces an individual course score.
The participant's highest score from their three available attempts on each course becomes their official score for that course.

Only the highest score from each course is used in calculating the participant's monthly final score.

20. MONTHLY FINAL SCORE
The monthly final score is calculated by averaging the participant's four official course scores.
Monthly Final Score = (Course 1 + Course 2 + Course 3 + Course 4) ÷ 4
All four courses count toward the monthly final score.
A participant who fails to complete a course by the monthly deadline receives a 0-point score for that course, which is included in the monthly average.
Example:
Course 1: 51.25
Course 2: 62.00
Course 3: 50.75
Course 4: 61.00
Monthly Final Score: 56.25

21. MISSED COURSES
Failure to complete a course during the monthly season will result in a 0-point score for that course, unless the participant is completing an authorized late-entry makeup attempt.
There are no weekly scoring deadlines under the monthly League format.
All four courses must be completed by:
8:00 PM on the final Saturday of the monthly season.

22. MONTHLY PARTICIPATION
The PrecisionSim Shooting League is designed to allow participants to complete their monthly competition during one Monthly League Session Reservation.
Participants are not required to return to PrecisionSim each week to maintain League participation.
Additional visits may be made for:
Practice
Equipment issues
Authorized makeup attempts
Other circumstances approved by PrecisionSim

23. STANDINGS
Participants are ranked according to their monthly final score.
The participant with the highest monthly final score will receive first place.
The participant with the second-highest monthly final score will receive second place.
The participant with the third-highest monthly final score will receive third place.
PrecisionSim may publish League standings and winner information using participant names, initials, nicknames, or other identifying information selected by PrecisionSim or the participant.

24. TIES
If two or more participants finish with the same final score for a prize position, the participants will share the applicable placement and prize according to the following rules.
Tie for First Place
If two participants tie for first place:
Both participants will be recognized as first-place winners.
Both participants will receive the first-place membership prize.
The first-place cash prize will be divided equally between the tied first-place winners.
If two participants tie for first, the next highest-ranking participant will move into second place, and the next participant will move into third place.
Tie for Second or Third Place
If a tie occurs for second or third place, the applicable membership prize will be awarded to each participant occupying the tied position, subject to PrecisionSim's final determination of the prize structure.

25. MONTHLY PRIZES
First Place
The first-place winner will receive:
One free month of PrecisionSim Pro Membership
50% of the total League entry fees collected for that monthly season
Second Place
The second-place winner will receive:
One free month of PrecisionSim Tactical Membership
Third Place
The third-place winner will receive:
One free month of PrecisionSim Basic Membership
The first-place cash prize is calculated as:
50% × total $30 League entry fees actually collected for that monthly season.
Refunded or reversed entry fees are not included in the calculation.
Membership prizes have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.
If a prize winner already holds the applicable membership, PrecisionSim may apply the prize as a one-month membership extension or account credit.
Membership prizes are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the awarded membership.

26. PRIZE ELIGIBILITY
A participant must remain eligible and in good standing at the conclusion of the monthly season to receive a prize.
A participant who has been disqualified for cheating, serious safety violations, fraud, equipment tampering, or other serious misconduct may forfeit eligibility for League prizes.
PrecisionSim reserves the right to withhold or reassign a prize when necessary because of disqualification, invalid participation, or other circumstances affecting the integrity of the competition.

27. CHEATING AND COMPETITIVE INTEGRITY
Participants are expected to compete honestly and fairly.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Attempting to manipulate the scoring system
Tampering with PrecisionSim equipment
Attempting to exploit software errors for a competitive advantage
Using unauthorized equipment or accessories
Having another individual compete under the participant's identity
Intentionally providing false information
Interfering with another participant's competition
Attempting to obtain an unfair advantage through unauthorized access to League systems
Any other conduct PrecisionSim determines compromises the integrity of the League
Cheating or attempted cheating may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the participant's entry fee and any prizes.

28. SPORTSMANSHIP AND CONDUCT
All participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
The following may result in removal or disqualification:
Harassment
Threatening behavior
Intimidation
Fighting
Verbal abuse
Intentional interference with another participant
Damage to PrecisionSim property
Disrespectful treatment of staff or other participants
Other conduct that PrecisionSim determines is inappropriate or disruptive
PrecisionSim maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward behavior that creates an unsafe environment.

29. EQUIPMENT AND FACILITY DAMAGE
Participants are responsible for using PrecisionSim equipment properly.
Intentional, reckless, or negligent damage to PrecisionSim property may result in:
Immediate removal
League disqualification
Loss of League privileges
Restriction from future participation
Responsibility for applicable repair or replacement costs

30. SCORING DISPUTES AND APPEALS
Participants who believe a score has been incorrectly recorded should notify PrecisionSim staff as soon as the issue is discovered.
PrecisionSim may review available system information, staff observations, or other relevant information when investigating a legitimate scoring concern.
Participants may not independently alter, recalculate, or substitute a score.
The PrecisionSim system's calculated score remains the official score unless PrecisionSim determines that a verified technical malfunction or administrative error requires correction.

31. PRECISIONSIM FINAL AUTHORITY
PrecisionSim management retains final authority regarding:
Safety decisions
Course selection
Course changes
Equipment eligibility
Equipment configuration
Technical malfunctions
Scoring disputes
Rule interpretation
Participant eligibility
Disqualification
Prize eligibility
Competition scheduling
Facility operations
Any circumstance not specifically addressed by these rules
PrecisionSim may modify, clarify, suspend, or amend League rules when reasonably necessary to maintain safety, fairness, competition integrity, or proper operation of the League.
Any rule change affecting an active monthly season will be communicated to participants when reasonably practicable.

32. COURSE AND SOFTWARE CHANGES
PrecisionSim may modify courses, software settings, scoring configurations, equipment availability, or competition procedures when necessary to maintain a safe, functional, and competitive environment.
A change required because of technical, operational, safety, or software considerations does not automatically entitle participants to a refund or additional attempts.
When a change materially affects a participant's already-completed scored attempt, PrecisionSim may determine an appropriate remedy at its sole discretion.

33. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND COMPETITION PROMOTION
Participants understand that League activities may be photographed or recorded for PrecisionSim promotional, advertising, social media, website, or other business purposes.
PrecisionSim may use competition-related photographs, videos, standings, scores, and winner announcements for legitimate promotional purposes, subject to any separate consent or waiver requirements applicable to the participant.
Participants may request information regarding PrecisionSim's media practices.

34. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By registering for or participating in the PrecisionSim Shooting League, the participant acknowledges that they:
Have read and understand these Official Rules.
Agree to follow all League rules.
Agree to follow PrecisionSim's facility and safety requirements.
Understand that the League uses simulated firearms and computer-based scoring.
Understand that the League is an independent competition.
Understand that the League is not affiliated with or sanctioned by IPSC.
Understand that the PrecisionSim system's calculated score is considered final.
Understand that the $30 League entry fee is non-refundable.
Understand that missed courses may result in a 0-point score.
Understand that late-entry makeup courses are limited to one scored attempt per missed course.
Understand that safety violations may result in a 0-point attempt and potentially additional disciplinary action.
Understand that PrecisionSim management has final authority regarding League rules, safety, scoring, technical issues, and competition decisions.
Agree to comply with any required PrecisionSim waiver, release, and facility policies.

35. RULE ACCEPTANCE
Participation in any scored League attempt constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and all applicable PrecisionSim policies.
PrecisionSim reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate participation when necessary to protect participants, employees, property, equipment, or the integrity of the competition.
